Cell-IQ PC (Phase Contrast) is a fully integrated continuous live cell imaging and analysis platform incorporating phase contrast and brightfield imaging capability with our onboard Analyser Software Package for the quantification of image data. The Cell-IQ PC is the first model in the series offering researchers all they need for label free imaging and automated analysis to study a multitude of kinetic assays from cell proliferation through to tubule formation.
Cell-IQ SLF (Single-Label Fluorescence) incorporates all the advantages of Cell-IQ PC but in addition has fluorescence imaging capability for the detection and quantification of green fluorescence. The platform has the Analyser FM Software for image analysis for phase contrast and bright field imaging but has an additional fluorescence quantification module enabling fluorescence quantitation.
Building on the capability of the SLF platform the Cell-IQ MLF (Multi-Label Fluorescence) expands the fluorescence capability to image 3 fluorescence channels in addition to the phase contrast and bright field imaging. Combinations for flurophores are user defined with LEDs and filter sets exchanged as required. The flexibility of the MLF platform affords the researcher greater scope for planning experiments that will maximize the data generated from each cellular assay.
